Together we create a community where every story is valued and every step forward matters.

  • At Discovery Mental Health we don’t shy away from complexity. Our workshops and events are created to support and build community around shared experiences and needs. Our signature workshops include LaunchPad Dads and Justice Involved Men.

  • Effective care is a team effort. We welcome collaboration with healthcare providers, schools, social workers, and community organizations across the Minneapolis-St. Paul area to ensure our clients receive holistic, culturally responsive support.

  • Clinical supervision services are available to therapists needing to meet the licensing requirements for the state of Minnesota.
